Abstract：
This paper discussed the application of the confirming agent business international financing method in liquid fund financing of going-out domestic enterprise. It was proposed that confirming agent financing is the best choice for going-out architectural enterprises dealing with governmental projects and having stable capital, bright outlook and fast development, and it is also applicable to general contract export enterprises who have debt due to credit sale and who finish project independently. It introduced the confirming agent operation flow under credit insurance and analyzed its advantages and shortcomings. International experiences of confirming agent business in export enterprise financing were summarized and the application outlook in going-out architectural enterprises was forecasted.
