摘要 北京雁栖湖塔为塔形仿古建筑,八边形平面,地上9层,顶部有金属塔刹,每层均有挑檐逐层收缩,对外脚手架要求较高。采用多排脚手架、有序递缩、正反压栏内挑、双立杆、钢丝绳卸荷等措施,脚手架实现了结构和装修共用,加快了施工进度,满足了工期要求,经济效益和社会效益较好。

Abstract: Beijing Yanqi Lake Tower is a tower-shaped archaized building, having nine ground floors on an octagonal plan. The building has a metal spire and terraced overhanging eaves on each floor. It has high requirements for external scaffold, so various measures were adopted, such as multi-row scaffold, gradual shrinkage, forward-backward column pressing and internal cantilever, double poles and steel cable unloading, etc., to share between structural construction and decoration. Construction schedule was shortened and construction requirements were satisfied, realizing favorable economic and social benefit.
