Abstract:
Combined The design height of a tube-in-tube chimney is 150 m. The outer tube is of reinforced concrete structure and the inner tube is made of titanium clad steel plate. Diameter of the steel inner tube is 3.2 m and its installation height is 150 m, which is 3 m higher than the outer tube. Upside-down hydraulic lifting installation method was used for installation of inner tube and a series of specific measures were adopted to satisfy the lifting requirements. The integral maximum stress of steel inner tube and wall-attached ring beam is 18.1 MPa, satisfying the requirements of specification.
