Abstract：
Combining with some problems in the facade design of Double Sun Palace program in Beijing, the paper illustrates the method of the building facade design based on the theory of architectural typology from research in the regional features so as to form our conceptions of the design, taking the functional requirements into consideration and design means of architectural aesthetics, and proves by the practice that the method of the facade design can make our conceptions of design fit into the restrictions in practice, simple and feasible and achieved good economic.
