Abstract：
The HVAC operation problems are found by field research to a specialized hospital in Beijing, for the operation problems the research found, the paper puts forward specific energy-efficient measures, and then analyzes the operation effect after all renovations. The results can provide information for study and design of similar hospital buildings energy-efficient renovation.
