Abstract:
In the foundation pit construction of relocation settlement housing project of Zhanzhuang village of Dongli district, Tianjin, top-down and bottom-up combined excavation method was adopted with consideration of surrounding environmental characteristics, and local top-down excavation could improve the supporting performance and solve the problems of limited land area. BIM technique which could realize visualized and simulative design and automatic calculation was used for site layout, earthwork calculation, construction simulation and excavation scheme optimization, etc., realizing effective control of construction schedule, quality and safety.
