Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of sandwich facade panel, a new type of non metallic connector product was researched. Specifications and performance requirements, standardized stereotypes, connection structure and stress deformation performance and other design parameters of the product have been studied systematically. An experimental study on the tensile properties and shear resistance properties of non metallic connector has been done to draw the uplift bearing capacity, shear capacity of the connector also the drawing and shearing failure modes of the non metallic connector. This has provided the technical support for the design of non combination sandwich facade panel with non metallic connector.
