奥氏体不锈钢强度设计性能点研究

摘要 通过对不锈钢材料本构特性分析,提出了不锈钢材料的稳定临界点概念,并以此点为强度设计的新基准,同时结合传统结构钢设计,根据变形需求提出3个设计性能点以供设计选用。研究表明,与原设计规范相比,各性能点设计强度均得到提高,同时具有充足的安全储备,设计者可根据不同变形需求选择不同性能点作为强度设计标准,更好地兼顾经济和安全要求。

Abstract: Although this approach almost certainly led to "safe" designs, the behavior of stainless steel was not being taken into account and its desirable properties were not being fully exploited, which is lack of economy. In the paper, according to the investigation of the material behavior of stainless steel, the concept of stability critical point of stainless steel is proposed firstly, and the Stability Critical Point is considered as the new standard of strength design. Then, relating with the carbon steel design, three performance-design points are suggested for the demand of deformation. The results indicate that the design strength of each performance-design point, whose safety margin are sufficient, is improved effectively, comparing with the original design standard. For the better consideration of safe and economy, the designers can choose the right one from design points as the strength design by the deformation requirements.
