Abstract:
In long and big subway shielding tunnel construction, there are complex construction techniques, such as passing through air shaft and duct, etc., and single shielding distance has high requirements for reliability of shielding equipment, as well as wearability of head, cutter, spiral conveyer and shield tail brush. Based on a practical construction case of Beijing subway project, general technical measures, including evaluating shielding equipment, strengthening head maintenance measure, replacing cutter, increasing the wearability of spiral conveyer, paving turnout and selecting appropriate shielding transferring type, etc., were analyzed to realize safe and effective shielding.
