大跨度钢桁斜拉桥精细化施工控制技术研究

摘要 针对简单的开环控制方法难以满足大跨度钢桁斜拉桥施工精度要求的现状,对斜拉桥施工精细化控制技术开展相关研究工作。在对某大跨度高速铁路钢桁斜拉桥施工重难点及应对措施进行分析的基础上,对精细化施工监测系统进行了设计研究。最后,基于该系统对全桥施工各典型阶段进行了模拟分析,通过工程实际证明,基于系统的理论预测值接近于实际测得值,且参数变化趋势一致,能为类似大跨度钢桁铁路斜拉桥精细化施工提供参考。

Abstract: The structure of railway cable-stayed bridge is more complex than common bridge. If the structural shape and internal force error couldn't be adjusted timely, final state of cable-stayed bridge will greatly deviate from target. Considering that the open-loop control method can't meet the accuracy for construction of large steel truss span cable-stayed bridge, it's necessary to research the fine control technology for cable-stayed bridge construction. Based on the analysis of construction difficulties and countermeasures for one greatly deviate from target, fine monitoring system for construction was designed and researched. Then, each typically stage of bridge construction was simulated by this system. Through the project results, we can know that the theoretical predictions are closed to the measured value, which will provide reference for the similar engineering construction.
