Abstract：
During the foundation construction of Glory Xi'an Financial Center, the type and position of crane were determined according to construction characteristics, site deployment, construction schedule node, field condition, as well as transfer and lifting of materials and members on site. The requirement of construction schedule was satisfied, realizing smooth construction.
