《房屋渗漏修缮技术规程》(JGJ/T53-2011)修订综述

摘要《房屋渗漏修缮技术规程》(JGJ/T53-2011)已修订完成,新规程将于2011年12月1日起实施。新规程主要内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、屋面渗漏修缮工程、外墙渗漏修缮工程、厕浴间和厨房渗漏修缮工程、地下室渗漏修缮工程、质量验收和安全措施。该规程的颁布实施对于提高房屋渗漏修缮的施工质量、降低修缮成本、保证业主利益将起到积极作用。
