Abstract:
Aiming at technical requirements of airport pavement concrete and properties of self-compacting concrete, self-compacting high performance pavement concrete(SCHPC) for pavement projects was confected mixing silica fume and water-reducing agent, workability, mechanical properties and freeze resistance durability of SCHPC were tested, and mechanism of silica fume on SCHPC performances was also analyzed. Results show that workability, mechanical properties and freeze resistance durability of SCHPC can be improved markedly by mixing silica fume, the performances of SCHPC are excellent and meet functional requirements of airport pavement concrete.
