Abstract:
A general building engineering has multiple spatial variations and adopts super-long structure, belonging to a complicated multi-storey building with irregular plane and facade. There are some key problems in the structural design. Super-long seamless technique, retard-bonded prestressed technique and cast-in-place hollow floor technique are adopted to solve the problem of super-long and wide span; conceptual design is used and structural measures are adopted during planning and design, to increase the structural integrity and torsional stiffness. Reliable anti-vibration performance is realized and favorable economic benefits are obtained.
