Abstract:
The dining hall of a college adopts concrete frame structure, covering a building area of 5,450 m2. Before decoration, it is found that the integral inclination and settlement rate of the main structure are relatively great. It is analyzed that these problems are caused by exploration, load difference, uncompacted construction backfilling, lateral displacement of field supporting piles, etc. Underpinned concrete pile reinforcing scheme is adopted to successfully solve the nonuniform longitudinal settlement. There is no other deformation after the reinforcement.
