摘要 早拆模板可提早拆模,加速模板周转,减少模板用量,降低模板施工费用,世界各国都在积极采用和发展早拆模板技术;国外早拆模板体系支柱大多采用钢支柱或铝合金支柱,较扣件钢管方便、安全、施工速度快,经济效益明显;我国早拆模板技术对早拆柱头作了改进,有滑动式早拆柱头、螺杆式柱头以及螺杆与滑动结合的柱头。

Abstract: Early-strip formwork may be stripped early to accelerate the formwork circulation, reduce the number of formworks required and construction cost of formwork. The early-strip formwork technique is actively adopted and developed around the world. In foreign countries, the early-strip formwork system adopts steel pillar or aluminium alloy pillar, which has higher convenience and safety, faster construction and better economic benefit than fastener steel tube. Domestic early-strip formwork technique makes improvements to the early-strip chapiter, including sliding early-strip chapiter, screw rod chapiter and screw rod-sliding combined chapiter.
