Abstract：
The waterproof protection layer made of new polyethylene foam plastic sheet is different from traditional material. It can not only satisfy the drawing collection and construction requirements, but also reduce the cost greatly. During the construction of basement waterproof layer in this engineering, transverse sticking method is adopted, technical and economic comparison and analysis are made with other protective layer. Finally, several problems which shall be discussed in practice are put forward.
