Abstract：
Variety of buildings has been damaged for Yushu Qinghai Earthquake, in Yushu of magnitude 7.1. Many village buildings were destroyed and suffered heavy losses in this earthquake. All the damaged buildings which are seismic have taken us to think deeply. This paper analyses the application and defects of common buildings in Yushu District. Meanwhile it discusses the anti-seismic design problems. Under the national implementation standards and based on the summaries of study results, it also proposes some specific measures including energy conservation at this district.
