Abstract:
It is a common phenomenon that standard curing test block strength of cast-in-place concrete is relatively lower during construction. Four reasons are analyzed, one of which is the quality problem of premixed concrete at mixing station, another is the problem in sampling of cast-in-place concrete and fabrication of test block, the third is the problem in standard curing of test block and the fourth is the vibration problem of test block. The strength of solid concrete is ensured through strengthening the supervision of mixing station, management of cast-in-place concrete construction, curing and heat insulation of concrete, as well as management of concrete test block fabrication.
