Abstract：
Clean electronic factory building requires the building floor to be plane, solid and smooth. Mortar press finish process is adopted in a structural concrete project in Beijing. During the construction, M10 nut is welded onto the stirrup steel bar and regulating screw is connected to the nut as the elevation control point, to solve the disturbing problem of elevation control point during construction; adjustable and dismountable steel bar guideway is used as the main concrete leveling measure to realize higher accuracy of surface flatness control; lengthened scraper bar and large polishing machine are adopted to ensure that the inside of the concrete structure is solid and the outside is polished and that the surface flatness satisfies the strict requirements.
