Abstract:
when using Near-surface Mounted , it is the key that sufficient bond strength between the tensile material and concrete. In this paper, test method is used to study the bond strength and destruction with Near-surface Mounted(NSM) in concrete structure, a reference is also provided to determine the tension anchorage length when using NSM. The failure mode in this experiment is that the tensile material were pull off from the Structural adhesives, sliding failure occurred, causing bonding failure.Adhesive bond strength is related to structural adhesives and surface roughness of the tensile materials, the strength of concrete has little effect on the bond strength.Through theoretical analysis, this paper Illustrates that tensile materials should be completely buried in NSM construction to reduce the embedded solid shear stress gradient strip, making the force more evenly.
