Abstract：
As a kind of external enclosure structure integrating energy efficiency and esthetic appearance, double-layer curtain wall has enjoyed a wide application in Beijing. After statistic, it has been used in 16 buildings in Beijing. Although the double-layer curtain wall has favorable lighting performance, but its maintenance cost is high. These aspects shall be generally considered for its application in green building.
