INTEGRATIVE CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF SUBWAY STATION AND UNDERGROUND SPACE OF SURROUNDING BUILDING UNDER COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT |

摘要 越来越多的地铁车站开始与临近的商业建筑进行全方位结合,实施一体化建设。一体化结合大部分位于城市繁华地区或老城区,受拆迁滞后、场地狭小、周边建筑物复杂、地下管线多等诸多因素影响,施工较常规地铁车站存在更高风险性。通过模拟现场施工工况验算,对钢支撑设置进行优化及监控量测,基坑开挖未对建筑物、现况管线造成损坏,围护结构安全、稳定。 |

Abstract:
More and more subway stations are combined with adjacent business buildings and their integrative construction is witnessing an increasing application. Most of these integrative combinations are located at downtown district or old urban area and the construction has higher risk than ordinary subway station due to various problems, such as underdeveloped relocation, small construction site and complex surrounding buildings and underground pipelines, etc. After verification through simulation of construction conditions on site, optimization and monitoring on setting of steel support, it is indicated that foundation pit excavation doesn't damage existing buildings and pipelines and that enclosure structure is safe and stable. The integrative construction technique can provide references to similar projects.
