摘要 西康二线铁路汪梁一号隧道跨度大、开挖截面大、埋深浅、围岩软弱,如按原设计组织施工,该隧道工程不仅会成为亏损工程,还难以保证工期,经研究后决定采用三台阶七步开挖法施工,通过采取监控量测控制、减少围岩暴露时间、设置超前支护及采取弱爆破等措施较好完成了工程。 |

Abstract:
Wangliang no.1 tunnel of Xi'an-Ankang railway line II has wide span, large excavation section, shallow burial depth and soft wall rock. If construction is carried out according to the original design, financial loss will be suffered and construction is hard to be guaranteed. After research, it is determined to adopt three-stage seven-step excavation method. The engineering construction is successfully completed through monitoring and control of measurement, reduction of wall rock exposure duration, application of advanced support and protection and weak explosion.
