Abstract：
A management system of construction waste recycling of cities in China is established, This system contains a number of subsystems which are interrelated and interact on each other, such as legal guarantee, administrative supervision, reverse logistics management, technology development and consulting services, recycling operation management, promotion the use of recycling technologies and products, financing services, publicity and education, and so on. Several suggestions are proposed, such as improvement a set of effective supervising and managing mechanisms, establishment a set of effective incentive mechanisms, improvement technological innovation system, development an management information platform for construction waste recycling, etc. The results will help to increase the capabilities of construction waste recycling management of cities in China.
