新平法规范中有梁楼盖楼(屋)面板钢筋施工与预算研究

摘要 根据新平法规范《混凝土结构施工平面整体表示方法制图规则和构造详图(现浇混凝土框架、剪力墙、梁、板)》(11G101-1)的要求,就有梁楼盖楼(屋)面板钢筋,包括板底部贯通筋(或非贯通筋)、板顶部贯通筋、支座非贯通筋、支座非贯通筋内分布筋、板顶中部温度筋(抗裂抗温构造筋),在支座节点处变化、钢筋排布变化、搭接长度变化等从施工和预算两方面作了较为详尽的研究,分析了这类钢筋在施工中的注意事项和预算时的工程量计算。

Abstract: According to the requirements of Drawing Rules of Plane Overall Design Method and Structure Drawings for Concrete Structure Construction (Cast-in-place Concrete Frame, Shear Wall, Beam and Slab) (11G101-1), beam roof (floor) slab reinforcement, including slab bottom through reinforcement (or non-through reinforcement), slab top through reinforcement, support through reinforcement, distributed reinforcement in support non-through reinforcement and temperature reinforcement at middle of slab top (crack-resistant and temperature-resistant structural reinforcement), are researched on the aspects of construction and budget for changes at support node and changes in reinforcement layout and overlap length. Key construction points and workload calculation for budget of such kind of reinforcement are analyzed.
