Abstract:
T3A terminal building is an extension project in Xianyang International Airport Phase II and it is about 140 m long and 110 m wide. Steel tube concrete columns above 10.000 elevation form a large column net space structure which spreads 36m along both longitudinal and horizontal directions. Formwork design adopts different supporting systems, supporting modes and specifications of bearing bars for main beam, secondary beam and floor slab, and assembles them under the beam slab into a multi-span gantry formwork supporting system. It is proved in practice that gantry formwork supporting structure is reasonable and can satisfy the requirements of large space and high load construction. Compared with traditional construction method, this method can obviously reduce workload and material consumption, having favorable promotion and application values.
