Abstract:
Considering the problems in routine installation of super-large steel column and beam component in the central of basement, a new technical solution is proposed according to practical project, e.g. setting post-pouring belt, dividing the basement of main podium building for segment construction, using unexcavated field of adjacent podium building as lifting platform of crane. Bottom pile of the platform is heightened to meet the bearing capacity of crane foundation. Basement interface division, lifting platform design and steel component installation are introduced according to the process flow. After successful application in many similar projects, it is proved that this technique has many characteristics, such as high safety and quality, short construction period and low cost, etc.
