Abstract:
NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) has superior material property, but no research has been made on stress, strain distribution law and bearing capacity of spheric node made of NiTi alloy. This research is based on the phenomenological model and uses bilinear isotropic reinforcing plastic model and isotropic reinforcing yield rule to analyze static load and seismic wave and the research results find that:(1) SMA spheric node has strong elastic deformation and could favorably alleviate the damage influence caused by external load;(2) SMA spheric node has favorable ductibility and tenacity, it is a typical ductile structure system; (3) SMA spheric node could effectively prevent the response of spheric node structure under earthquake load.
