Abstract:
In Beijing Subway Line 6 Phase I, the underground-excavated urban subway tunnel of Huayuanqiao Station passes through an existing bridge. Before excavation, deformation of bridge foundation is estimated through numerical simulation and calculation, and then secondary stress of the bridge is calculated to judge the safety condition of bridge. Thereafter, subway tunnel construction method and bridge reinforcement measures are adjusted. When subway tunnel passes through bridge foundation, bridge shape is actively and dynamically adjusted by using a PLC bridge synchronous lifting system, to basically keep the original design state of the bridge and to guarantee the structural safety of existing bridge.
