超高层建筑停机坪屋面多段弧形轨道沟施工技术

摘要 调度通讯楼工程主楼最高处屋面兼做直升机停靠平台并设有擦窗机行走轨道沟,屋面平面形状大致呈圆形,面积约443 m2。通过合理的安排工序,制作和使用屋面放线用圆心定位器、轨道沟对顶式模板木支架、模板支设、混凝土浇筑工具,成功的在180多 m高空完成了超高层建筑设多段弧形轨道沟停机坪屋面的施工。

Abstract: The highest roof of main building in dispatching and communication building project is also used as a helipad, where track channel for window cleaning machine is set. Plane shape of the roof is approximately circular and covers an area of about 443 m. The construction of helipad roof of super-high building with multiple arch track channels is successfully completed at more than 180 m above the ground through reasonable arrangement of construction sequence, fabrication and application of circle center localizer for line drawing on roof, track channel opposite vertex formwork wooden support, formwork supporting and concrete pouring tools.
