Abstract:
The guest room building and its ancillary facilities of Beijing Guquan Conference Center belong to mountainous building whose main structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure consisting of oblique walls and columns. The whole structure is clad with glass curtain wall, metallic curtain wall or stone curtain wall. The irregular structure bears complicated forces. Many difficulties in inclined member supporting system are successfully solved through control on processing, installation and measurement of formwork for inclined wall and column, as well as management of inclined column formwork supporting system and concrete pouring process. Favorable engineering effects are obtained and overall deviations of specification, dimension and installation of members well satisfy the requirements. The application of BIM technique in construction obviously improves the construction efficiency and save the construction cost.
