Abstract:
Xuzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium adopts a specially-shaped suspended canopy of curved steel structure whose suspended part is as long as 40 meters. The whole roof structure is stabilized by tensioning prestressed cable, so it has such characteristics as high cable tensioning, a large number of cables, mutual influence among cables and obvious structural deformation after unloading. On the basis of Xuzhou Stadium, computation model is established to analyze the static property of large elliptic opening cable-bearing lattice structure, simulate the construction process of whole roof system and master the law of cable-bearing force variation and structural deformation during prestressing cable tensioning. It is successfully proved that considering the final influence of prestressing application on structural system, the integral synchronous tensioning radial cable construction scheme is feasible and it can effectively guide real-time monitoring and construction control on prestressed tensioning.
