复合夹芯材料的总热值研究
TEST FOR TOTAL HEATING VALUE OF COMPOUND SANDWICH MATERIAL

摘要 为消除建筑易燃可燃外保温材料的火灾隐患,对预制外墙外保温系统复合夹芯材料的燃烧性能过程中的热值进行测试。试验中,通过测量水试验前后的温差和热容量,得到材料的总热值,得出底层和面层砂浆对整个系统的燃烧性能有非常明显的影响,须具备一定厚度才能保证整个系统的总热值满足A级复合夹芯材料的技术要求。

Abstract: To eliminate fire hazard in flammable and combustible external heat insulation materials of building, heating value of compound sandwich material of prefabricated heat insulation system on external wall on fire is tested. During the test, the total heating value of material is calculated according to temperature and thermal capacity differences of water obtained before and after the test. It is found that surface and bottom mortar have very significant influences on the combustion performance of the whole heat insulation system and that they must have certain thickness to ensure the total heating value of whole system satisfying the specifications for class-A compound sandwich materials.
