Abstract:
Government-invested engineering project is an important part of whole social fixed capital investment and it has many characteristics, such as large investment and high public interest, etc. In a long time, one-off management modes, such as "headquarters" and "capital construction office", are usually established for domestic government-invested projects, but these management modes often cause "3-over" phenomenon, including over-standard, over-scale and over-budget. Experiences and defects of agent construction management in Dongguan city are researched and development trend of agent construction is discussed, to provide references for management of government-invested engineering project.
