开放式冻结“窗口”成因的判断与治理

摘要 冻结法因隔水性好等特点,被越来越多地引入含水地层的地下工程施工中,但由于受地下水流速较大的影响,有时会造成冻结壁存在透水“窗口”,通过在测温孔中加密测点并结合冻结管纵向测温的简单方法,可准确判断透水“窗口”的位置及范围,分析判断出现透水“窗口”的原因。对于因地下水流速较大造成的“窗口”,采取注浆堵塞流水通道、液氮快速突破冻结的方案效果明显。天津地铁3号线解放北路站对地下连续墙接缝进行冻结法加固防水施工中,取得了理想的效果。

Abstract: Because of freezing method is impermeable and other obvious characteristics, it is more and more used in underground constructions, especially in water bearing ground. But sometimes the frozen wall has permeable “window” because the groundwater is too fast. In order to locating the permeable “window” we can encrypt the measuring point in thermometer holes. Then we can analyse the reason and take the specific measures. Pluging the water channel by ground grouting, quick freezing with liquid nitrogen shows obvious effect. We achieved the desired effect by such measures in the project of Tianjin Metro Line3 North Jiefang Road station.
