Abstract：
As a new commercial space real estate model ,commercial complex is an important symbol for the development level of the city, its architectural design is an important influencing factor for the commercial complex to realize their own value .This article takes Henan Cultural Industry Building as an example, discuss and analyses the design proposal of large commercial complex from design philosophy and ｐurpose overall layout facade design traffic flow lines and the application of ｉnternet of things. The purpose of this article is to make us realize the connotation of architecture which be endowed by architectural design scheme and know the key point of architectural design.
