Abstract:
At present,surveying coordinate systems of the countries all over the world is different, and a country often coexist within several surveying coordinate system. Therefore, give related civil engineering construction activities (such as civil and traffic construction, etc) has brought much inconvenience. To all kinds of civil engineering construction activities in different countries or regions (or a different regions of the country) must understand the general situation and characteristics of current coordinate system and take the corresponding reasonable and effective technical measures. For this reason, the basic situation and characteristics of various international current surveying coordinate systems has been comprehensive analysis and study. Basic principles and related methods for coordinate transformation between different coordinate systems has been given. It provided the basic technical support for all kinds of civil engineering construction activities at overseas.
