Abstract:
The 2nd ring expressway of Wuhan City crosses Beijing-Guangzhou railway bridge and its deck adopts gradually-changing bilateral prestressed concrete box beams, whose maximum suspension pouring segment is as heavy as 903.1t. Kiloton triangular traveling carriage with a design bearing capacity of 1000t is adopted and such traveler is a super large back-anchorage triangular traveling carriage. After description of design scheme, construction process and effect of the traveling carriage, key discussion is made on the following construction processes, such as structure, installation and prepressing of kiloton triangular traveling carriage. Design and construction of the kiloton triangular traveling carriage provide certain references for cantilever concrete pouring construction of similar bridge.
