流体管道跨越结构大变形部位施工技术

摘要 昆明新机场位于地震带边缘属地震高烈度区、多条断层从场区穿过,航站楼隔震区和非隔震区之间设置大变位量抗震缝。工程采用BIM信息技术综合排布不同结构变形位移量的流体管道,通过对各种变形状态下管道受力的计算分析,合理选用抗变形软管、补偿器及支吊架,选择之字形和几字形的连接方式,满足跨越结构大变形部位管道系统各类变形的要求,保证管道安全性能,提高重要建筑物保障生命财产安全的水平。

Abstract: New Kunming Airport is located on the edge of seismic zone with high seismic intensity and multiple faults pass through the airport site. Large deformation seismic joint is set between the seismic zone and non-seismic zone of the terminal building. BIM information-based technique is adopted for general arrangement of fluid pipelines with different structural deformations and displacements. After calculation and analysis of forces on pipeline under various deformations and reasonable selection of deformation hose, compensator, support/hanger, one of zigzag or U-shape connection, various deformation requirements of pipeline system at large deformation position of crossing structure are satisfied, pipeline safety performance is guaranteed and safety protection level of important building is improved.
