Abstract:
The natural gas-burning boiler room of a commercial and residential community is reconstructed by using flue gas condensation waste heat recovery technique. After test and analysis on parameters, such as natural gas consumption, boiler operation efficiency, funnel temperature and condensation water, etc. before and after the reconstruction, it is found that funnel temperature drops from 110~200℃ down to below 50℃, boiler efficiency increases by 10%-30% and gas saving performance increases by over 15%.
