Abstract:
To study the connection method between reinforced bars of the precast concrete (PC) structure,9 set of 162 sample tests about reinforced grouting connection in bellows were made,the main factors,such as reinforced bar diameter,concrete strength and anchorage length etc,were considered during the tests. The test results indicated that: (1) the ultimate failure state of all the anchoring specimens were the external reinforced bar broken up by pulling, reinforced and grout, grouting material and bellows, bellows and concrete connections are reliable; (2) the anchorage length of reinforced grouting connection which still meet the force requirements to ensure that the inforced grouting connection to give full play to its strength is the 60% of the anchorage length based on the existing norms. According to the results of the test data, the anchorage length of the reinforced grouting connection in bellows is 0.6 la.
