Abstract:
The foundation pit of the Water Front Life project in Yanji city, Jilin province is 9m deep. After comparison and analysis, the following methods are adopted, such as combined calculation of water and earth pressures, elasticity method earth pressure model for internal force calculation and total stress method for stress state. Construction supervision proves that these methods satisfy the code requirements and final displacement is close to the calculated value.
