Abstract:
It is a new type of architectural structure system that integrates the functions of structure, heat-insulation and soundproofing as well as fireproofing. The formwork to the cast-in-situ wall is built with special lightweight insulation hollow blocks mainly made of industrial waste and white polymer garbage. The formwork will not be dismantled after the wall concrete is poured; and the RC grillage shear wall within the formwork becomes a load and lateral-force bearing structure that has big elastic rigidity, good ductility and strong load capacity, while its steel consumption is reduced to 40% lower than that of common shear walls. The system can be applied to the multi-storey and mid-high rise residential buildings and other civil buildings in earthquake-proof and non-earthquake-proof areas. Meanwhile, it can satisfy the heat-insulating requirements in different climate regions.
