Abstract:
Shenzhen Ping'an Financial Center is a superhigh steel structure building, whose steel structure construction involves highly difficult welding techniques, such as welding of super-thick plate complex specially-shaped component and welding of super-long steel plate shear wall, etc. Various new techniques are adopted, such as using T-iron to constrain the T butt welding shrinkage, setting groove on different sides in segments of super-long welding and alternatively setting of high-strength bolt node and welding node, etc., to guarantee the welding quality and improve construction efficiency.
