Abstract:
Shenzhen Ping'an Financial Center is a superhigh building, whose truss structure is complicated and has numerous butt joints requiring high accuracy. Acceptance of single component is difficult to satisfy the field installation requirements, even to be installed. Therefore, truss components shall be preassembled before being delivered. The second belt truss of Shenzhen Ping'an Financial Center is taken as an example to introduce that computer aided simulation is used as a main method for preassembly and that practical preassembly is adopted for inspection. This process could not only guarantee the construction quality, but also greatly shorten the construction period and save construction cost.
