Abstract:
International Agricultural Technological Innovation Center of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences is located in low temperature region, and it is a superhigh steel structure building. Due to its Heavy workload and limited construction space, this project requires long installation construction period and encounters huge difficulties in construction at low temperature. Related techniques are adopted for installation and welding of oblique steel column and mast. Especially for low-temperature welding, cold welding crack at low temperature is effectively avoided through selection of appropriate welding material, strict control of preheating temperature, interlayer temperature and welding heat input, postheating and heat insulation of finished crater.
