Abstract:
Cement production line witnesses its development towards large scale and it also encounters more and more construction difficulties. The steel truss between clinker silo and cooler of a 10,000 ton clinker cement production line has a total oblique length of 91.4m and its weight is 68.3t. During construction, traditional installation method is changed and 3-segment fabrication and 2-segment lifting technique is adopted, namely the steel truss is divided into three segments, two of which are assembled on ground and reasonable lifting angle is calculated in advance to ensure the steel truss could be lifted to the design position by cantilever lifting method, and then these segments are connected in the air. This installation method has many advantages, such as fast construction and high control effect.
