Abstract:
Jacking operation of the hydraulic self-climbing jump form is achieved by alternative jacking to guide rail and form frame through hydraulic oil cylinder. Hydraulic self-climbing formwork has excellent performance and has been comprehensively used in construction of high-rise buildings and large bridges. Based on the composite structure of shaft in Mongolia, the article first introduced the component of LYZPM-160 self-climbing formworks used in complicated tube wall construction, and then analyzed the feature of the self-climbing working mechanism, pouring procedure. and calculation points. This article hopes to promote the application of hydraulic climbing formwork technology in engineering.
