Abstract:
During design of local interchange flyover of Yanggao Road in Pudong district of Shanghai, the cross section of steel box beam in the original design scheme is optimized to save land, reduce noise and improve engineering safety. Two schemes, including changing non-motorized vehicle lane and adjusting artery bridge of the flyover, are analyzed and compared with each other. The analysis result shows that both of these optimization schemes could obviously improve the original design.
